Carol joined Empathia (then NEAS) in 1990. As Senior Vice President, Customer Relations and Chief Operations Officer, she oversees all service operations at Empathia. Additionally, Carol is an experienced corporate trainer and consultant who has worked with a number of high profile corporate entities. She holds a Masters in Social Work; she is also an Associate Certified Coach, a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and a member of the International Coach Federation.
