Account Manager – Full-Time, Benefit Eligible
The Account Manager position is a full-time exempt position responsible for the implementation, service delivery, management, expansion and renewal of Empathia’s contractual relationships. Works independently to create and manage professional relationships with client company representatives for purposes of EAP program implementation, fulfillment, and renewal, and overall account management, quality assurance and reporting.
