Account Manager – Full-Time, Benefit Eligible

The Account Manager position is a full-time exempt position responsible for the implementation, service delivery, management, expansion and renewal of Empathia’s contractual relationships. Works independently to create and manage professional relationships with client company representatives for purposes of EAP program implementation, fulfillment, and renewal, and overall account management, quality assurance and reporting.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral health, human resources, or related field.
  • At least 2 years related experience.
  • Account management, HR, employee benefits and/or working knowledge of employee assistance program services required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in Microsoft Office to include: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate online, in service and marketing databases.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
  • Demonstrated superior customer service delivery to both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills required.
