  • A mobile app to account for people in a facility evacuation
  • A scalable, stand-ready call center that can process 50 to 3,000 calls per hour on behalf of our client organizations
  • A proprietary database to provide real time reports on call activity, survivor and missing persons lists, caller trends and statistics, as well as time stamps for complying with local and federal laws

Black Swan Solution’s services are modular and typically purchased on retainer. A crisis situation typically triggers activation of the program, as well as the fee-for-service pricing agreed upon in advance.
