Wellbeing Coaching – Behavior Improvement


Wellbeing Coaching is Empathia’s service line focused on individual behavior change.  For over 30 years we have guided individuals toward paths of improvement – from making small changes like eating a healthier diet to more life changing experiences like overcoming addiction or improving a relationship.

Wellbeing Coaching focuses on the whole person allowing individuals to work on any area they feel needs improvement in their lives.  Participants receive one-on-one coaching with professional counselors and coaches, as well as access to a unique online portal for sharing and storing information and goals.
