Work Group Assessments

Work groups and teams can present unique challenges. Diverse personalities, differing value systems and divergent interpersonal styles all influence the efficacy of teams. Our assessment process can help teams to:
- Assist in resolving interpersonal impediments;
- Manage conflict and other team dysfunction;
- Optimize individual and collective contributions;
- Clarify team goals and values; and
- Identify strengths and challenges.
The assessment process involves structured interviews with managers and work group members. Additional evaluative measures, such as surveys, may be employed, as well.
Recommendations are provided to team leaders with options for improving team performance and dynamics. A variety of services may be recommended based on our findings, including:
- Leader or executive coaching for individuals needing to enhance their leadership skills or better develop their emotional intelligence;
- Culture1st initiatives to optimize team and organizational culture; and
- Consultation to assist managers with employee performance issues and team accountability.
