Culture1st is the next iteration of EAP.  We have designed this program in collaboration with our strategic partner, Edington Associates, a “culture of health” firm headed by Dee Edington (Zero Trends).

This unique offering optimizes organizational success and workforce well-being through in-depth assessment of workplace culture, expert consultation on enhancement options, and customized behavioral initiatives.

By identifying workplace behaviors and cultural attributes correlated with your organization’s success and workforce well-being, we provide a roadmap for optimizing strengths while also identifying challenges that need to be addressed.

Outreach based initiatives target the engagement, performance and well-being of employees while also supporting a workplace culture of health.

Outcome metrics derived from pre and post measures demonstrate the impact of these initiatives.
