Well-Being Coaching

Through Well Being Coaching employers can directly influence their health care costs and strive to create a true culture of health in the workplace.
Well Being Coaching differs from traditional wellness coaching by taking a systems view of the individual. Rather than focusing solely on health-related behaviors, we assess each individual to identify potential mental, emotional or interpersonal impediments to behavior change. Often, the successful adoption of new health behaviors first requires addressing personal and lifestyle challenges.
Through a state-of-the-art online platform, coaching participants communicate with their coach in the modality that is most convenient for them, including email, journaling, online and telephonic chats. Each participant also works with her or his coach to custom build a virtual notebook that includes articles, worksheets, assignments, trackers and other tools specific to individual goals.
