Organizational Recovery Services (ORS)

As part of a continuum of care following a workplace trauma or disaster, ORS offers a variety of supportive solutions for helping an affected organization in its efforts to create a “new normal.” Customized to the specific requirements of the organization, ORS may involve training, counseling, coaching, consultation and other methodologies with proven efficacy in restoring individual well being and cultural healing in the wake of a traumatic event.
